Your technician cheerfully greeted me at the scheduled time and location that was aranged. He was polite, courteous and professional throughout the service call. I felt confident in his skill and knowledge of his trade. I was impressed by the efficiency and quality of his work and am most pleased by the end result of his labor.

Dear Pat Bruen
This was the first time I used Alexanian Carpet and Rug Cleaning and was very impressed with the service, results and gentlemen representing your company. Both Mark and Tyler were very professional, exhibited care and concern while working in my home. Furniture guards were strategically placed preventing the hose from coming in contact with my furniture.
The results were the best I have ever seen! I have white berber carpeting in my living and dining rooms and was ecstatic at the results. Both men went beyond what I expected, going over stains two and three times making sure all stains were eliminated.
In the past I have used a company that dry shampoos the carpet leaving a residue that requires vacuuming the following day. It has been my experience that this type of cleaning product remains in the carpet and within a short period of time, dirt and marks adhere to the carpet. It has now been a few weeks since I used Alexanian and my carpets still look great without any residue build up.
The cleaning process and products are environmentally friendly. When questioned about the cleaning products Mark took the time to take me to the truck showing me the product label. My dog lays on the carpet and It is important that he not come in contact with environmentally hazardous substances.
I will continue to use Alexanian Carpet Cleaning and will request Mark and Tyler for future service.
